Michael Bacon, the owner and CEO of TBI-GUY since 2024, is a man of many roles. He is a devoted husband, father, step-father, and grandfather. His life is a testament to resilience and determination, having served as a dedicated Army veteran for 13 years.

Michael's service was not without sacrifice. He suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury from an IED blast in Iraq, which resulted in a 100% disability. Despite the challenges, he has turned his personal adversity into a mission to help others.
