About THE TBI GUY

Michael Bacon, the CEO of TBI-GUY since 2024, is a devoted husband, father, step-father, and grandfather. A 13-year Army veteran, Michael sustained a 100% disability from a Traumatic Brain Injury caused by an IED blast in Iraq. Despite this, he has transformed his adversity into a mission to help others.

In addition to his military service, Michael has made significant contributions as a GS12 at the USDA-NRCS National Service Center Unit. His website, TBI-GUY, serves as both a business and a therapeutic outlet for brain injuries, providing support to others on similar journeys.

Michael's life and work exemplify resilience, leadership, and a dedication to service, inspiring others to overcome adversity and make a positive impact in their communities.
